Danella Sydow Carries Lady Liberty Photo by Erika Schultz, The Seattle Times Danella Sydow is a Golden Key Honors inductee and graduate of the University of Washington School of Art. Danella earned her Master of Fine Arts degree with a 4.0 GPA from Washington State University.
She lives in a seaside village on the North Bay of the Case Inlet with her best friend, the professor, writer, extraordinary husband, and great love of her life, Bruce Sydow. They proudly celebrated their 25-year anniversary in 2024. Danella's artwork is held in collections in the United States, Canada, and Europe. She works out of a home-based studio that features a 17-foot ceiling, three skylights, and a one-third-acre backyard with a menagerie of wildlife. Danella's painting of her husband, and his Pushcart Prize-nominated poem, Surviving Christmas, are published by Mary Senter of Milltown Press. The book, "G.I.
